Delivery & Return Policy

Shipping


Shipping fees are calculated upon entering your shipping address on the checkout page.

Once you have placed your order, we will send you an email confirming your purchase.

When your order is dispatched, you will receive an email notification with your package tracking number, with an estimated delivery date.

Standard time generally takes between 5-10 business days, depending on the destination.

Import Duties

For EU deliveries

Orders below 150 Euros:
As per EU IOSS directives since July 1st 2021, you are charged at checkout the EU VAT rate of 20%
Your order will not be subjected to any custom duty upon delivery

Orders exceeding 150 Euros:
You will be required to pay for custom duties and EU VAT taxes upon delivery.
Custom duties vary from one country to another, and are commonly based on the order’s price and the package weight and dimensions.
We are not able to predict those charges in advance, therefore you may be charged custom duties upon receiving your package.  We recommend that you contact your local customs office for more info about your country’s policy.

Rest of the World deliveries
You will need to pay any import duties and taxes to the carrier to release your order from customs.

CANCELLATION

You have 24 hrs to cancel your order. Past that delay, your order will be processed

RETURN

To return your item(s), send an email to order@nadine-mneimneh.com, specify “Return” in the subject line and explain the reasons why you wish to return your item(s).

You have 14 days counting from the first day you receive your order to  request a refund and ship back your item.

Please note that for orders made outside of Lebanon, we’re not able to offer an exchange on returned items. If you need a different size or color of an item, then you’ll need to place a new order.

Custom orders cannot be refunded.

Refunds will be provided for the value of your item(s) and any tax you paid at checkout, minus the return shipping fees
Original delivery fees will be reimbursed in the form of a credit note valid for 6 months.

We cannot reimburse any duty or tax you have paid to the carrier to release your order from customs.

The refund value for items that are purchased at a promotional price or using a promo-code will be equal to the amount paid at the time of purchase.

We cannot refund any online purchase partially or fully paid with a digital gift card. If you wish to return your item(s) bought with a gift card, we will re-credit your gift card with the item(s) ‘ value and arrange for the free collection of your items provided they meet the conditions cited below. You can re-use the gift card within 6 months from its delivery date.

Please make sure that the item(s) is in perfect condition, free of any stain, unworn and unwashed, and kept with original label and packaging.If your return does not meet the conditions listed above, the package will be sent back to you and the refund or store credit will be annulled.

You will receive the return instructions by email, including the shipping labels and the export commercial invoice to include in the package.

Middle East : Bahrain, Jordan, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates: 7$
Europe, UK: 12€, 10£
USA: 17$
ROW: 25$

For Lebanon, the customer is responsible for dropping off or sending the returned order to the boutique-atelier located in Starco Center – Beirut.

Please allow up to 5-7 business days to process your return. You will receive an email when your return has been processed.
If your return is approved, we will send you a confirmation email and issue the refund the same way you have paid for your order.

NOTE We do monitor the number of returns made by customers, and continued returns will be flagged and potentially refused at our discretion or lead to the account’s closure on our site.
